Conference organisers were running registration, scheduling, and session feedback across spreadsheets, WhatsApp chains, and printed schedules. Every change to the agenda meant re-printing, re-forwarding, and re-explaining.
The challenge
Attendee data lived in sign-up sheets. Sessions were scheduled in documents that went stale the moment they were printed. Late changes to speakers or rooms reached attendees through group chats — if they reached them at all. Organisers spent the run-up to an event answering the same questions again and again, and after the event, feedback was scattered across conversations nobody could analyse.
The solution
We built Arbec, a conference management platform that puts registration, scheduling, and feedback in one place — for organisers and attendees alike.
- Attendee registration and profile management in one list.
- A mobile agenda that updates instantly when sessions change.
- Session scheduling, speakers, rooms, and time slots managed from one dashboard.
- In-app session feedback that organisers can actually read and use.
- Notifications that replace the WhatsApp chain.
The outcome
Registration, scheduling, and feedback are streamlined into a single workflow. Administrative workload drops, schedule changes propagate instantly instead of through re-printed paper, and the attendee experience is noticeably smoother.
